Shipping Policy

Most of the items will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. In special circumstances,the items require longer processing time. Please contact customer service if the items are not shipped in 2-3 business days.

Our products will be shipped by Canada Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex.

Canadian Customers:

Ground shipping normally takes about 5-10 business days. Express shipping takes about less than a week. All the items will be shipped by Canada Post.

By Air (3-5 business days) anywhere in Canada: $15.99.

US customers:

Ground shipping normally takes about 2-3 weeks. Express shipping takes about 1-2 weeks.

Ground shipping (2- 3 weeks)anywhere in U.S: $7.00.

By Air (5-10 business days)anywhere in U.S: $19.99.

International Customers:

By Air (1-2 weeks): $8 for package under 2kg. (Doesn't come with tracking Number)

Return Policy:

We accept any unopened items under "Green Products" category up to 45 days after the date of purchase.
